Heores and the Boogie Man

It's coming to a University of Phoenix campus near you.I am referring to the Carlos Michael Communications workshop titled, Heroes and the Boogie Man: Celebrating life beyond sexual abuse.iWe are kicking off the workshop on Friday, April 18, 2008 at the UOP Tulsa Campus.  We already have almost 400 pre-registered for this event.  That's awesome!From there we'll be in Oklahoma City, followed by Ann Arbor, Michigan -- then we're off to Pasadena and San Bernardino.Heroes and the Boogie Man offers the participant a glimpse into the what it is like to suffer the pain and humiliation of childhood sexual abuse (based on my personal experience) as well as get the inside on how to know when something is troubling your child, what signs you might recognize, how to prevent your child from being sexually abused (more than once), etc.The important point to remember, as is the case with alcohol abuse, drug addiction, sexual identity issues, etc., -- you are not alone!I'll be posting the workshop information on my web site over the next coming week or so.  If you know of anyone who has suffered through this and would like to attend (when we come to California), please have them email me directly.  Not to worry, their email will be held in the strictest of confidence.Hugs everyone!Carlos Michael, Author/Motivational & Keynote Speakerwww.carlosmichaelbooks.com

What I would do if I was granted three wishes

1. I would wish for "happy thought pixie dust" so I could spread it around the world and see more happiness than there really is. 2. I would wish for global tolerance, so people like me would be accepted without prejudice. 3. I would wish for the ability to fly, so I could distribute the "happy thought pixie dust" and make everyone happy. Those are the three wishes I would wish for.
