It's so hard to believe how fast time has gone since those days at Van Buren, my freshman year was kinda scary I thought the school was so huge but by my sophomore year I knew every nook and cranny in the school. I thought i'd died and went to Heaven when Michael Seltzer asked me to go steady. He gave me his huge ID bracelet and I wore it proudly everyday. Then about 6 mos. later he asked for it back and my heart sunk but in the next few weeks I would meet Paul Smith and again I was going steady. Paul was such a nice guy but quite distractive, I remember taking my PSAT while he sat behind me, he talked to me during the entire exam, I wasn't surprised when I got my score oh geez I hate to even write this 45 My parents were to say the least quite upset. I remember I was in a wedding party and fell madly in love with one of the ushers, the next day I told Paul we had to break up. It's funny I saw Paul at a party years later, he hadn't changed, he was still a nice guy and he had married a student that went to Van Buren also. Those were some nice memories. I want to say"HI" to my friends back then, Kit, Amy, Martha. I've lost contact with so many people but maybe this website will give us the chance to reconnect..that would be awesome! Well hope someone gets to read this, it was fun taking a walk down memory lane...C ya Donna
