About My Personal Life

Despite my best efforts, I wound up pursuing a career in journalism. I worked briefly at a trade magazine in Fort Worth, then spent about 3 years as an editor at and A&E mag in Dallas, where I got to write feature stories, interview celebs, and take free trips to film festivals until we were bought out by a competitor and shut down (fuckin' capitalist). Now I'm a listings editor/film critic at the Dallas Morning News. I spend my free time reading (Yes, I haven't changed too much), studying the art of filmmaking, cooking, and abusing my liver in weekend binges. I'm currently single, but I'm always looking for a future ex-wife. P.S.-- I still hate most of you people. Looking forward to the reunion!
