Feb 12, 2006: About My Personal Life; I attended Birmingham High School between 1983 to 1986. After graduation, I went through 2 years of PreMed and two years of Med. school. Half way, I decided that I need time to think about what to do, so I joined the IDF (Israel's Defense Forces) Navy SEALs, in which I spent 6 years. Once my contract was over, I went back and Graduated Medical School (USC). After graduation, I found myself longing for the Military, so I went back and served in the U.S. Navy until 2003 as an anti terrorism / hostage release instructor. In 2003, I resigned from the Navy and moved to Israel, where I carried the rank of Lt. Commander for another 2 years in the IDF Special Forces. In 2005, I was seriously injured and was forced to retire from the military for good. Currently, I am recovering from my injury (which will take me another 4 or 5 years to do) and enjoying spending time with my two wonderful children, Jonathan (who is 11 years old) and Nicole (my year and a half old princess). From time to time, I am used as a consultant.
