Jul 16, 2002: About My Personal Life; Married to Roy Timothy "Tim" Chapman since 1969. Two children, 1 granddaughter, so far. Spent 22 years as Air Force wife. Traveled some. Worked in insurance and sales for many years. Owned my own agency. Currently, we are retired. We have lived in Louisiana for 35 years. We seem to be making a hobby of dodging hurricanes. :) (Not a lot of fun though!) We enjoy spending time with family and friends! We enjoy hobbies - wood working(Intarsia)and stamp collecting, crafts and gardening and self help projects. We love spending as much time together as possible. Son is married to high school girlfriend for 16 years and has 1 child, age 14, and he is in sales. Our daughter is working as math teacher in high school and was destinguished in high school as salutatorian with 4.0 and still maintains 4.0 as she continues her education. Currently she is working on her PHD and will move to teach in college. Tim is teaching at local school. AND is a favorite to the students! I spend some of his work days working in our lily garden and playing in the dirt and being close to God while enjoying every sound and creature! We love birdwatching and have more residents here in the country than you could ever imagine. We love road trips and get back home occasionally. Life is full and we enjoy everyday and have been enjoying retirement for 5 years thus far. Would love to hear from friends. My Email
