Reuniting with a lost friend

It has been a difficult month for me... This Ike shit has got this island all f****d up. The only good thing that has come of it lately is that I have found a few friends I haven't seen in a while. Some have contacted me due to the storm top check on me and others have found me thru my facebook page. I'm really enjoying the outpouring of well wishes and support. Though I was fortunate enough to not have lost anything, my mom lost her house and is living with us now. I'm rambling, but it feel s good to talk. I've been so depressed driving around- this place is like a shell of it's self. Giant trash/debris piles everywhere, downtown is almost non-existent and well, Bolivar is pretty much gone- looks like an A-Bomb hit it. I do hope that this place will come back and be better than before. I love this island and don't want it to just disappear, you know? Well- I've gotta get to work- a message for anybody who is looking for me- send me an e-mail or go to my facebook page- I would really like to connect with my old friends!
