- All the Schools I Went To
-
I started kindergarden at Lake Burien Elementary at 5 went thru 6th grade, than off to Seahurst Jr. High until they closed it after 8th grade, so I had to go to Sylvester Jr. High for 9th grade, than off to Highline H.S. which I graduated from in 1980. Spent 5 quarters at Highline Comm. College to get a degree in Administration of Justice, had to give up on the cop idea when my right hand and wrist were crushed between a tree & the side of a pick-up, 10 surgeries later, I signed up at Seattle Comm. College, walked thru the doors once and got my first 4 point report card all A's in History, which really means I hopped a plane for a month to travel thru Europe, life was good!!

The BEST DAY of MY LIFE!!!! Kaitlin Lee Turner arrived in this world at 1:45am on 11/14/92, a month ahead of schedule, typical-she was always in a hurry!! She weighed in at a wopping 5 pounds 3 ounces, she was so tiny, and absolutely perfect, and the moment I held her the love I felt for her was like nothing I'd ever known!!! True unconditional Love, the BEST FEELING I'VE KNOWN!! I LOVE YOU KAIT!! You're always in my Heart!!!!

- The Most Important Lesson I've Learned
-
That Life is not a given, that you always need to make the most of it, and the people you love, they can be taken in the beat of a heart, and you don't get a second chance! My only child, Kaitlin Lee was talking to me in the early, early morning on May 20th, 2008, I found her that afternoon, at 15 and a half God had taken her back home, my life, heart, and world are shattered!! But we were lucky we always talked, always told eachother how much we loved one another, etc., but now my life is empty, and I miss her so!!! It's unnatural when the parent has to bury there child, especially such a bright, loving, compassionate one!! Life is a gift, be gentle with it.

- Funniest things that happened on a trip
-
I went for a four week tour of Europe when I was 23, having never really traveled much, or for that long, I wasn't sure how many clothes, etc. I packed 20 pair of socks, 20 underwear, and so forth. I left Sea-Tac with the biggest duffel bag made, and it wieghed 85 pounds, I could barely lift it!!! I was crossing a street in Paris to load my bag on the bus, when I just tipped right over in the street on that 85 pound bag, I said I give up, not moving, let them run me over! That day I sent half my clothe's home from a Paris Post Office,I think it cost me about a hundred dollars when I figured out the exchange rate, but it was worth it! I also learned if you write "Dirty Laundry" all over th box, they don't bother going through it and losing half your stuff, oh the good old days!

My beautiful daughter Kaitlin has a birthday on November 14th, it would be "Sweet 16". I say would because she passed away suddenly in May, she was my only child, and my world, her dad (Icall him the sperm donor) and I divorced when she was almost three, he chose to not be a part of her life, his loss, my gain!!!Any ideas on how I can get thru this, or celebrate it? She will always be my baby!!!Thanks Mimi
