Former Yahoo Executive Rachel C. Glaser Joins Reunion.Com In Dual Role As Chief Operating Officer And Chief Financial Officer

Glaser has joined the company in a dual role as Chief Operating Officer and Chief Financial Officer. Reporting directly to Reunion's CEO and founder Jeffrey Tinsley, Glaser will oversee all aspects of the Company's financial, accounting, strategic planning and investor relations functions in her capacity as CFO. As COO, she will additionally be responsible for corporate development and business operations.

Glaser most recently served as the senior vice president of finance at Yahoo, where she led a global finance team of over 200 finance professionals responsible for worldwide forecasting, planning and analysis. While in this role, her charter was to grow and transform the finance organization through significant acquisition of talent and integration of Yahoo's business operations function with the broader finance team. She and her team led the financial support for numerous acquisitions, partnerships and internal development efforts, as well as rigorous ongoing planning and analysis to support Yahoo's multi-billion dollar base business.
Prior to Yahoo she worked for the Walt Disney Company for nearly 20 years, where she held a wide variety of leadership positions in Finance, Operations and Technology with Studio Entertainment, Corporate and Consumer Products divisions. Her roles included vice president of operations and technology for Global Licensing and vice president of finance and planning for Global Retail Sales and Marketing.
Glaser graduated from the University of California at Berkeley with a BA in Organizational Behavior and Psychology, and received her MBA from the University of Southern California.
